VideoTeller Frequently Asked Questions
What is VideoTeller?
Videoteller is an interactive teller machine (ITM). VideoTeller looks just like an ATM but provides the option of face-to-face interaction during transactions within business hours. It's staffed remotely by a specialized 4Front team member and offers expanded services. VideoTeller can also function as a traditional ATM outside its regular service hours or if the user prefers the default ATM experience.
What are VideoTeller's hours?
- Drive-Thru VideoTeller and off-site VideoTeller hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- In-Branch VideoTeller hours: Hours will vary. Check out our Contact and Locations page for Branch hours.
Outside the above hours, VideoTeller performs as a traditional deposit-accepting ATM, offering cash withdrawals and cash/check deposits. Users may also choose to forgo the VideoTeller experience and utilize the terminals as a deposit-accepting ATM at any time.
Is VideoTeller coming to a branch near me?
Yes. All our branches will convert to what we like to call "Branch of the Future" with VideoTeller machines in-branch and in the drive-thru.
What makes VideoTeller different from an ATM?
Traditional ATMs offer limited transaction options like cash withdrawal, basic cash or check deposits, and balance inquiries. VideoTeller, on the other hand, provides all of these core functions and much more. Virtually all transactions previously requiring an in-branch visit can now be performed with VideoTeller during regular business hours. For example, VideoTeller allows you to split your cash or check deposit amongst loan payments, cash back, and account deposits... all within the same transaction.
VideoTeller also extends additional flexibility to members requiring specific cash amounts. Cash withdrawals from ATMs were previously limited to round dollar amounts, typically in multiples of $10 or $20. The specially-trained, local team member servicing you through VideoTeller can now dispense specific dollar amounts, including coins.'
Is VideoTeller secure?
Absolutely. VideoTeller uses the same leading-edge security technology employed by our branch locations and ATMs. When initiating a transaction, a member's identity is verified by scanning their government issued identification at the pad reader located on the VideoTeller terminal.
A VideoTeller can help you with virtually everything, including:

- Loan advances
